Hope everyone who is reading this is doing well I am a level 2 seller and doing video editing and making promotional video ads for 2 years, I have serious confusions and problem with promoted gig option 1st when it comes to my account in Feb. 2021 it makes it down in rank for every gig and even i was not showing promoted gig options and then i turn on out of office mode and then off it after 6 hours and after that suddenly my gig goes up in rank and promoted gigs option was showing 3 months ago i got notification that my gigs cannot be promote anymore and it makes my gig down in rank and for 1.5 months it was dead no sales and no rank, it automatically get fine after 1.5 months ago ( i got promoted gig options back and also rank of gigs was good ) now today it happened again, ( again he promoted gigs option is not working and also gig down ) Its happening 2nd time now , I don't know what is the reason , my completion rate and everything is working fine, no Warning from fiverr nothing but this is happening again and again i don't why is it a bug because i see that this is happening to many other sellers to Can any one please guide my regarding this or give any suggestion how to overcome that problem Thank You 18 13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sahildesign1 Posted August 9, 2021 Share Posted August 9, 2021 (edited) I am also facing same Issue From 16th June, I have come across Promoted Gigs ( Unqualified) Issue. On 16th June 2 Gigs are not qualified for Promotion and as a result all GIGS got deranked till 10th July( after 25 days) when I got the Feature back again. On 10th July I have started to Promote my Gigs again and now again after 20 days ( On 30th July). GIGS became Unqualified for Promotion and all GIGS went to last Pages and some are not even in search. This happened on October 6th 2021 Simultaniously it happened for all 3 gigs that I own so as if my profile was somehow flaged. I am keeping my stats, I am a level 2 seller and nothing bad happened at least from my point of view ot see why my profile was demoted again and as you see I made over 160 succesful orders in last 3 months. I contacted Fiverr support to get a specific answer what could be the problem. All the time I was getting same answers about competition, gig quality, optimization.... I reopened a ticket 8 times always stating tha facts that: - it happend over night for all 3 gigs - so it cant be quality issue - same people stay on top of fiverr search for same keywords - so it cant be competition issue - i wasnt deranking slowely but as you see from graph its an instant fall of the grid - so it cant be gig issue but it has something to do with a profile - At the same time all 3 gigs stoped being eligable for fiverr ads campaign... So again I am starting to die inside, a little more each day... next to daily job I was spending 3-4h on Fiverr for this extra income and I really have no clue to why this would happen or how to fix it. I am a level 2 seller specializing in the business plans category. Since the beginning of September, overnight, I have been notified that my gigs (two gigs) are no longer promotable, even though I have not received cancellations. I have a rating of 5 (out of 400 orders) when I see inexperienced sellers of same mine category with 5-6 reviews with 4.6-4.7 / 5 on the top page. I think this issue is truly demotivating for experienced sellers who are not rightfully compensated for the effort and consistency they put into this platform. 9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am wondering if anyone has received any answer to why this is happening. I am not getting any orders, not getting organic clicks, and not getting impressions. When I become a level 1 seller on Fiverr I got this promotion gig option and I used this . When I become a Level 2 seller, my all gigs down and move towards the last pages. I am very disappointed and I contact with Fiverr customer support they did not solve my problem and give me copy-paste answer. Anyone knows about the solution to this problem please let me know! My gig was doing so well for two years, without any promotion and other things. I also got the "Fiverr's choice" badge on my best gig, but after one month of being Fiverr's choice, I was able to promote my gig. And I thought I could afford to promote my gig, so I just started Fiverr Promotion. Trust me, that was my worst decision ever. I immediately lost my "Fiverr's choice" badge, plus the Promotion did no good to me. My gig eventually went down, and now I am not getting any queries without the promotion. Moreover, my gig is not eligible for promotion most of the time...
