restart your pc or laptop. Hope it will be OK.

There no connection between restarting pc & buyer request.

Either clear your browser cached data, junk files & history or log in to another browser.

Hope it will be solved.

there is no connection between clearing browser cache and buyer request either if you had saw the comments above he is not facing this issue alone others are having same issue also including me this is most probably a problem at fiverr's end

Most probably. Then should be fixed after the maintenance break or something.

Do you know it might happen due to cached data, cookies and history jam?

We are not 100% sure why this is happening. So cleaning browser could be an option.

No this is not how caching works

This SS is taken from google.

You can search for more on google.

I think current issue is happening from Fiverr's end. Don't be worried it will be fixed.

This is not easy for layman to understand how caching works  you are trying to argue on the topic on which you have zero expertise first of all  cache never stores the whole website In short, browsers typically cache what are known as "static assets" - parts of a website that do not change from visit to visit. buyer requests are not static assets plus browser doesn't decide what to cache by it self What to cache and for how long is determined by the website itself hope you understand now
