I have a very Strange Experience with Buyer Review

A buyer placed an order with time duration (1 day) and I delivered the order with in 1 day. He marked the order as completed and left feedback (I got my items quick - within 24 hours!) with 3.7 rating and also given a TIP of $10!!!!   (No Communication & no Revision Request)!!

***VERY STRANGE****

What can I do now?

You do nothing and just move on, unless you want to get a warning.

In addition to the best solution that @maitasunoffered above, you need to accept the fact that many buyers don't think that 3+ rating is bad.

One of the fields is called "Buy Again or Recommend", and if your buyer doesn't want to buy anything again, they can even put 1 star here.

3.7 is a normal review rate, it's not a bad review - it was his opinion, there is nothing wrong with that

It did happened with me as well. The buyer placed the order with out any communication. However, she helped me with all the requirements. I submitted the order with in time. Great thing she left 5 star rating for me 🤩

Don't loose hope. Try to complete more orders and hopefully you will get 5 star rating on your orders soon.
