I can't send buyer requests because My "send offer" button not working.

Can anyone tell me the solution?

I think you need to clean your browser cookies+ history. If it is not, then contact the support.

Clear the browser cache, history and junk files or check with another browser.

Also check via the Fiverr mobile phone app.
