Customer a month later give a negative review with out contact

I had a customer get a gig. I sent the video and a month later gives me negative with no communication. He said that he showed my video around and it was not believable. I gave him what he asked for when he purchased the gig. He then a month later marks it negative and he also does not provide why in the description. Is there a way to fix this? i contacted him. I gave him a negative review with an explanation. Will this show up when he gets another gig from some one else so it warns them about this person?

Google the video title and maybe you can find proof that he is using your work. Then contact CS and show them the proof (if you find it).

Even so, leaving a negative review a month after seems fishy. I would contact CS anyway. I assume that he did mark it as complete when you delivered. I mean…if he found the work bad he should have asked for modifications or cancelled then, not a month after.
