Order Cancelled

If I cancelled 2 order in start after how many orders I fulfill the order completion of 90% or so?

It depends on your completion rate in over 60 days.

The calculation is (Total Orders Completed within 60 days / Total Orders Taken within 60 days ) * 100.

If you cancelled 2 orders then you have to receive 20 orders within 60 days to get the 90% rate

Calculation (18/20)x100=90%

So Sad. Don't loose hope. Send buyer request on daily basis and try to get more orders on time.

If you cancel your order mutually, You can contact with support. So, your completing do not change.

How did you get this value please?

i had to cancel my last order...now for 4 months i have no order..i am a new seller and done 3 good orders with 5 star rank before this cancellation.any advice how to get back on track.

After 60 days, the statistics will reset to zero.

You can see your completion rate in your dashboard for 60 days. If you manage more orders and complete them properly, the completion rate increases to 90% or more.

You try to send everyday buyer request and if you complete 3/4 order than your cancellation rate increasing.

if you getting orders after that and you complected in a raw with out cancellation new orders..you will have no problem.! you are doing good.

Order cancellation rate are based on all orders that were cancelled within the past 60 days only.
