After some arguement ending in a positive way, the buyer sent a last message. Then Fiverr on Desktop said "(Buyer Name) is not accepting messages at this time.". But when I checked that buyer in Fiverr Android app, it said "(Buyer Name) can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate.".

So I'm confused what was happening. I don't think the buyer blocked me as I can still visit his profile without being redirected back. I don't think I get reported either.

Well something must have happened because if you can normally reply to other buyers then some buttons must have been pressed with this buyer. Maybe they mark your message as spam.
