Fiver Team Not responding

Hi, 

I was wondering if someone could help me as the Fiverr team are not responding to my ticket which has been open for a few days. 

It is an urgent matter, could someone please send me a contact number as they do not respond to email. 

Or is there a live chat option?

No other option. You can only contact with them using Ticket. Try to create a new ticket.

Not a maybe at all. If you submit more than one ticket concerning an issue, Fiverr CS may consider your request t be spam and not reply at all!

@madisonpallotta, please do as @cre8iveartwork and @vickiespencer said. Do not create a new ticket. Instead, do a follow up of the one you already have.

Reply on that ticket with a soft reminder, probably your ticket is on the queue.
