Customer instantly canceling order

Hello, someone ordered my gig then canceled it about 1 minute later without any requirements. How do I cancel this order without it affecting my order completion rates as this has happened before and my rates decrease to a point where my seller level has been affected.

Hi there..,

You can try ask Fiverr Help.

Provide them with the screen shot, and facts. with the order code.

Be polite and professional when asking Fiverr CS.

 

I just have similar situation when my buyer order with wrong credit card.

and Fiverr CS help me cancel this without getting any penalty.

So.., i think they can hep you too with this situations.
