Hello everyone.

I'm seller on Fiverr for 5 years. I have a successful gig with over 3300+ reviews regarding the Youtube Thumbnails.

I had some personal life issues few months ago, and lost both of my badges, Level 1 and Level 2, due to orders not delivered on time. But in past 2-3 months i returned working full time again, improved ratings in all sections. Returned both badges aswell. But recently i'm having troubles with my gig. It's not appearing in search. Contacted customer support 2 times, applied their tips suggested, but most of the time again my gig isn't searchable it seems. I was wondering where i'm doing wrong? I believe gig with 5.0 overall rating, over 3.3k reviews should be appearing on first few pages, but i can't find it anywhere.

If you guys can check this out, and help me, would be greetly appericated! 🙂
Warm regards to all of you!

Hey!

This sounds like a typical "my gig dissapeared from search" case. This can happen for a variety of reasons, reviews probably being the least important factor in itself. Yes, reviews matter, but it's more about perceptions than ranking these days.

It's difficult to say exactly why your gig is now lagging behind in search results, but this could simply be the algorithm doing its thing to promote new sellers.

There are things you can do to optimize your gig for search. I see that you're only using two tags, for instance, when you could use five.

I've written a guide on how to rank your gig for search, and some of the advice in there might be useful, still:

Thanks a lot for the response mate. I get orders, but mostly from old clients. New ones stopped coming since my gig isn't appearing in search.

Thanks for the help mate, i'll take a look. I'm not feeling good about my gig isn't searchable, since it has 5.0 rating and thousands of reviews as i mentonied.
