Do not getting notification of buyer messages!!

Hi, 

One interesting thing is I am not getting any message notification from the buyer in my mobile app for fiverr. Normally when any one message you on facebook, linkedin or any others app. You will get a message notification. But this thing does not happen to fiver apps in my mobile. I do not know the same thing happened to you? Or only for me!!.

If anyone knows the issue, please educate me how do I get all message notifications from fiverr app.

Please go to your mobile settings then go APPS & NOTIFICATION then CLICK NOTIFICATION then SEE ALL NOTIFICATION and find the FIVERR APPS and click on it. you will find all the thing that you want. "if you want then you can select a specific ringtone for the Fiverr notification. that's works good as well" Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I checked and found all are perfect there. I think mobile has issue.

i have same problem. my phone always online 24h and fiverr application on my phone always opened, i didn't close it.

 

 

 

test push notification success, i get notif push test success.. after that i didn't receive any notification from fiverr app.

i also install fiverr on other phone and still get same problem.

I am a bit late. I have this problem too, but I shut off battery optimization. That might work.
