Account review issue.

That says:


Restriction - means the account is partially disabled...

Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer will need to wait for the trial period which can take upwards of 90 days to be completed to know if their account will be restored or permanently disabled. 

Note: Customer Support cannot influence the result of this review, nor can they update the user on the review's end date.

It says CS can't update on the review end date but it's possible CS might be the best to speak to if needed (support@fiverr.com if you needed to contact them but can't through the helpdesk. They might be reviewing the account/gig because of the part of a gig title that said you'd "...edit any id card" and they might think that could be used for fraudulent purposes.
