Using some extensions to view Fiber's buyer requests, do they work properly at all?

Like "Fiverr seller asistant" 

Could there be some problem due to its use, is the buyer's information correct? Because I have some problems.

Anything that is not endorsed by Fiverr officially, is not something you should use.

.....First of all, there is not much to be gained when you see the buyer details. You can just say Hi/Hello. Knowing the buyer's name or country will also not matter if you don't know how to communicate your offer well or have a poorly made gig in the first place.

.....Second of all, if you want to know the buyer's name, you can make an offer in the mobile app and you can see it there.

I contact fiverr customare  support, they tell me don’t use this types of extensions.

Yes, exactly. Especially autorefreshers, just don't.
