I'm not getting response from Fiverr Support

To cancel an order mutually, you can initiate the cancellation on your own but the other person should accept it. 

Also, you can make a kind follow-up on your Fiverr ticket, just another message on the same ticket for follow up. Once Fiverr cancels it it will not affect your delivery rate, only the cancellations and your order completion rate.

Though I would recommend sending too many follow ups because it might just keep delaying your ticket. 
 

also 14 hours is not horrible, sometimes it takes 2-3 days to get a response. Just be patient, they will reply to you.
