Orders cancelled after 5 months.

So 2 orders that were completed, accepted, rated and everything by the same person is late march and early April just got cancelled by the buyer. Is this even possible that after being accepted a buyer can just cancel the order and get all their money back from something they said was good? Is there anything as a seller I can do to try and get that money back or do I just have to accept that it's gone and orders can be cancelled at any point?

If it was specifically "canceled by Buyer", then it might be a chargeback. As long as the order was completed to the specifications of the gig, you might be reimbursed, but only Fiverr knows all the aspects of the order. If the Buyer had a legitimate complaint, you might not be.

Thank you for the advice. I got an email from fiverr telling me that it was a bank dispute chargeback. I am going to contact CS like you suggested.

When a buyer does a chargeback through their Payment method they usually are banned from the Fiverr platform. Good riddance!
