I noticed that new Seller message me to see the demo and want to know my gig. For that my conversion rate decreasing. What can I do Now?

You cannot prevent people who message you for information. That's just part of the game.

Your conversion rate is calculated from the number of people who look at your gig, and the percentage of those views that result in orders. Your conversion rate will decrease if people contact you, and then choose not to place an order. @newsmike is 100% correct. You cannot prevent people from asking about your services. I would think you'd actually WANT interest in your gigs. If you have the service(s) that buyer needs, then they may hire you. Be the seller they need, it's as simple as that.
