Video I purchased are always claimed as reused content?

Why video I purchased from fiverr always been claimed as reused content on YouTube? It happened many times to me. Please help me.

I would guess that you are going for the lower priced gigs and getting scammers. In the future filter for TRS/PRO sellers and this won't happen. It is a real concern that fiverr address the scammers here. 

Be sure to repost the sellers who robbed you to CS.

@newsmike is right. There are many sellers on the Fiverr platform that are desperate to make money to feed their families so they will sink as low as to copy video clips from YouTube. 

 

It would be best for you to pick the PROVEN services of a PRO, TRS, or someone with a considerable amount of reviews! The best price for you as a buyer is not always the best choice in regards to quality of the product.
