How we save Covid-19

Stay home if possible
Always wear a face mask covering your mounth and nose - do it indoor and outdoor if the place is really crowded
Practice social distancing, i.e. stay away from people (1 or 2 mt)
Wash your hands or sanitize them regurarly
If experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms call your doctor and isolate yourself
Get vaccinated if you can
For the future: keep your target weight, have a balanced diet and exercise. You can start from today but see some results in months/years

Take meds without prescriptions
Drink hot water
Go outside if you have symptoms
Eat/drink anything strange in order to get healthier/stronger or to kill the virus - it won't help

Take care of yourself and your family. All the best

Protect yourself and others by making these 6 simple precautions your new habits:

  • Clean your hands often
  • Cough or sneeze in your bent elbow - not your hands!
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Limit social gatherings and time spent in crowded places
  • Avoid close contact with someone who is sick
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
