Just got my first negative review

Although it is an opportunity to learn, I'm naturally a little upset. My gig review dropped from 5 to 4.7, because for the first time I got a 1 star review. Is 4.7 sustainable? How did you cope up with this experience?

The best you can do is move on, and deliver work for future orders that earns a better review. 

Or, wait 60 days for that rated review to fall out of the two-month metric.

First negative review, I cried and wanted to quit. And still every time I get a review less than 5, I pout for at least an hour and want to quit. 😂 Then I get up, figure out if it was my fault, and learn from my mistakes. If it's not my fault, I figure out how I can avoid that kind of buyer next time, usually by raising my prices or adding more clear copy to my gig. Yes you can come back from this. Learn and go forward.
