Probably if it's a service that is not allowed by one of their rules/policy pages/the Terms of Service or some non-public rule they have (eg. whether it's something they want business-wise)

Or the terms of service page: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service

to see if there's any rule there that your gig might be been denied for not following. If you are still unsure why you could contact support at the helpdesk to ask what was the reason for the gig being denied (if you didn't get a message anywhere else saying the reason).
