I'm trying to create a gig and my photos won't upload? Can anyone offer help?

I’m made sure that my photos don’t surpass the 2mb (they are about 1mb) and also that the pixels are correct and jpg but yet my photos won’t upload it keeps telling me that the photo should be 684X489 pixels. Arghhhhh …so frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

DId Fiverr change the rule again? Last I think the image pixels would be 682 x 459
