uploaded PDF not showing up in the gallery

Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well!

I uploaded a PDF on one of my gigs (in the gallery section) and it shows up when I check my gig on my computer, however talking to potential clients, they are not viewing that PDF.

Any idea why Fiverr might tell me it is uploaded and no issues, but clients are only seeing my 3 photos, my 1 vid and they are not able to see the only PDF I uploaded so far?
