ckatejesie Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 would it be possible to contest my restricted account? I haven't had any violations before now but then I got a notification about using copyright images and my gig been removed but to my amusement while trying to create a new gig on the same day my account got restricted mid way into it. Has anyone ever got their account back after the said review?
katakatica Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 Well the question is... Is the allegation correct? Did you plagiarise someone else's content/ gig images? If yes, I genuinely doubt you'll get your account back. If not, you might have a chance.
irshan_cool Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 Now your account is currently under review as per the message from Fiverr Team. And you have to wait till there response to create new Gigs. During this time you can only work with your active orders. About your removed gig you can not re-store it.

Guest lloydsolutions Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 Restriction - means the account is partially disabled. The customer, either buyer or seller, can access the account, withdraw funds, complete ongoing orders, and review their order history. They cannot place or receive new orders, nor can they communicate with other customers through inbox messages. Seller's Gigs will not show on the marketplace, and buyers will not be able to place new orders. Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer will need to wait for the trial period which can take upwards of 90 days to be completed to know if their account will be restored or permanently disabled. Note: Customer Support cannot influence the result of this review, nor can they update the user on the review's end date. The above is from the Help Centre. You will just have to wait for the outcome of the review.

Some violations do not generate warnings, but an immediate restriction. This is from Fiverr Help and Education Center 👇🏻 Some violations may result in an immediate block without warning based on the severity of the violation.
