What should I do now?

The buyer did not realize that he had not met the requirements, You don't have to do anything now, it will stay that way, you focus on the work of others buyer.

I think the buyer is unaware that he/she can be refunded. Politely inform the buyer that they will be refunded for the order and that you will initiate a cancellation. Then you contact CS to inform them about your situation and ask to cancel the order, hopefully that will not affect your stats.
