You don’t need to keep quoting yourself to spam the thread. 
 

There is no list of prohibited conversations on Fiverr. However, there is common sense, and it comes with knowledge of TOS.

I take it English is not your native language. It might be wise to you to improve your English language skills before you start asking how to best communicate with buyers. Most buyers will not work with someone with whom they cannot communicate well.
