Delaying an order




If a customer makes a purchase the clock starts ticking.

If I have agreed with them that I can start work 2 days after the purchase and they agree to it can I delay the order?

Or do I have to extend the delivery time and then get the customer to accept it?

No. The order timer begins once the order is placed and the buyer answers your order questions. You then have the purchased timeframe to complete the order. If you need more time to complete an order, then, yes, you will need to request an extension from the buyer, and have him approve it.
