FIVERR Promotion Promises Not Delivered

On July 20, 2021 I received a second FIVERR Promotion Query Email To Participate In A Fiverr Survey. The promise from the FIVERR Team was " Please complete the attached Fiverr corporation survey by July 25 th and you shall receive a 10 % discount on your next Order you place."

I opened this Email completely on July 23rd with the selection of the ' START SURVEY ' icon. I received a message back immediately stating " This promotion is no longer available and it has ended ."

If a Fiverr Community Employee or Assistant reads this post. Can a Fiverr Team Member please advise ?
