Additional Words Error

Hi everyone! I'm a new seller here, and I'm sorry struggling to find an answer to my problem. I'm a freelancer who focuses on beta-reading and editing, and fiverr has an awesome feature that allows you to charge more for additional words. However, when setting up my latest gig, the website kept giving me an error I couldn't understand. I wanted to charge $5 for an additional 5,000 words, but there was a red error icon and message by the gig extra saying I hadn't filled something out. Is there a way around this? Was I doing something wrong? I tried looking on Google for answers, but most of the forums discussing this are no longer available.

You would have to figure out what tthey were referring to! Perhaps looking into every box and seeing what might be missing info. Alternatively, you can refresh the page (save the content of your gig description or any lengthy text in a word file if needed) and fill everything again making sure not to skip anything.

Maybe look into the no. of days involved for the extra and the original duration of delivery if those were filled in.
