You can out-compete your many competitors by offering a better, more unique service than they offer. This requires research, experimentation, and patience. I have no idea what kind of suggestions you want for "competitive marketing", because all marketing is competitive, and, again, requires you to research your competition, and offer a more eye-catching advertisement.
