Sellers using fiverr to promote external services and selling nothing in their gig

Hi, how do I report sellers that use fiverr only to promote external services? they are not selling anything on fiverr, their gigs are just a cheap tactic to lead fiverr customers into buying outside Fiverr and for much more than $5

I want to add that I posted this as a buyer, not a seller. Thus I am not looking to clean any competition, just to clean fiverr from some junk I have found
