Is there a way to change the Paypal account for withdrawals?

My account seems to be unverified so I want to change it to a verified one. How do I do it?

You mean your Paypal account is unverified? Why don't you verify the Paypal account instead? I think you can only have one personal and other business Paypal accounts that must belong to you.
