Designer no longer with fiverr

I had a label created over a year ago. the person that designed the my label is no longer with fiverr, and did not provide the final source file. how do Retrieve this file?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can. You may have to find a new designer, that is currently available on Fiverr, to create a new source file.
