candylowd Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I have $25.00 in my account but I can’t spend it on a gig? My gig will cost $45.00 and when I’m sent to PayPal it’s charging me the whole $45.00. Why can’t I apply the credit in my account towards the gig? The money I have in my account was refunded from someone that never replied after I ordered from him. cheezees Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 That’s unfortunately the way Fiverr works. It does not allow for partial payments. So you need to speak with the seller and place an order for $25, which will use the Fiverr credit and then another for $20, which will come out of Paypal.
