Well, I would imagine that very few forum users are looking for tattoo designs, here on the forums. Where do you think the people that need tattoo designs are located? Perhaps you can go to those places, where those target customers are located, and show them your work. If you want sales, you are going to have to find your customers (wherever they hang out), and convince them to hire you to design their next tattoo.
