Account Became Restricted

I am a new seller on Fiverr. My account needed to be verified so I gave my temporary id card and it became restricted. How can I solve the issue???

Why did you provide temporary ID Card? You have to provide valid ID Card.

You must need to use your valid identity provide all necessary documents and contact to CS

Because I don't have the ID card. I had the temporary id card. In the pandemic situation I could not collect the main Id card

Fiverr is very strict about ID cards.  You may have to wait until you get another permanent one, before you can apply.  I would contact Customer Services and ask them.

My account became restricted because of my temporary id card. Then I contacted with Fiverr CS . They told me to try again with some proper guidelines. That actually worked...
