I can't log in to fiverr forum properly, it shows error automatically

Hello, how are you all? This is my first post in fiverr community forum. In this post I wanna report a bug of fiverr forum. When I try to log in to my fiverr forum it shows me an error saying something went wrong. I've also attached some photos with the post. Now my question is what can I do in this situation and why it happens. Is it my fault or fiverr have some bugs?

Are you currently logged in the forum on your desktop or mobile?

Hi @shahariar75 , I had the exact same issue Yesterday & It was making me mad as I tried countless amount of time to reset / login in my forum account. Finally as there was no exact solution available , I had contacted fiverr support Yesterday & Got the solution.

1 ) You have clear all cache , cookies & site settings from Your Browser , If it don't work , Use a New browser which You never used for login in fiverr , I hope it will work 100% .

 

2) I had the same issue with my mobile apps, then uninstall it and again reinstall it , then logged in again, Since then everything is working fine. For much better understanding , I am attaching my issue + support's solution too . Have a look , hope it will help
