How can i recover a deleted fiverr conversation?

is there a way to restore a deleted fiverr chat a cusotmer contacted me i was gonna finalize the project but it was accidently deleted by me so, is there a way to approach them again because i can't send them a message anymore

Each conversation you will get a mai and you can see the messages by those mails. Other than that i think there are no options.

I think the message can be retrieved.  Go to your profile messages.  Click on all conversations.  Click on archived.  This may open up a deleted message.  Try it and see if it works!  Let me know.

Contact CS. They’ve helped me to retrieve some attachments I could no longer access. Not sure about messages specifically but it is worth a shot.

So I tried it on my own and worked for me!

Try going back to History of your browser and open up all links that says "/inbox" and you may see one of that link to be a link to your deleted conversation !

A possible explanation is that the user has two accounts and logs in with the second account by mistake.

In your Inbox page, click in the search option and insert the name of the buyer... and probably will appear the chat with him.

Lo arreglé, espero poder ayudarlo, gracias a Dios, tomo una captura de pantalla y sé el nombre del usuario, ya que elimino el chat en la aplicación, busqué en Google así: Fiverr + nombre del cliente (usuario), y estaba allí el chat retrasado y todo, luego simplemente archivo el chat y también lo guardo en favorito por si acaso y aparezco de nuevo,antes de eso había intentado buscarlo en la app o contactar a soporte y no funcionó, espero ayudar a alguien
