My Sister want to create a new account on my internet, My all gigs are for the website development but only one is of Graphics Designing.

So the main point is that she wants to create an account of Graphics Designer.

Multiple users can use the same internet as it is not against fiver TOS. but if the same user opening 2 account is agains the TOS.

If your sister creating a account she should be with different ID verifications, Different payment account should be linked. It should be totally with your sisters informations.

You could create more than one account but you couldn't give same services, payment account and purchase gig each other.
