What are these weird "phrases" in buyer requests?

Question

It's been a nice while and whenever i check buyer requests i see these gibberish phrases in a lot of of them. usually at the start of the request.
i.e.

what are those, so weird? doesn't make sense to me at all! 😵

Hey mate, I put this in google translate and I believe that this is actually a different language - an African dialect called Yoruba. 

Roughly translates to: today's world is broken ooo year de tan joor oo sorry we are crazy (war is real oo).

Seems strange though! Not sure that clears anything up. 😕
