Having ISP issues when I browse Fiverr.

I am using a shared IP from my ISP. So, this is how it started :

• After 3/4 days of opening my Fiverr seller account, my internet access was blocked by my ISP. 
• they said that, their system has automatically blocked my internet access because I was browsing Fiverr ( it's maybe weird but that's what they said)

So I had this problem several times. When I get this issue they change my IP, username etc. I mean they give me a new ID in order to solve the problem. 

now my question is:

• As my IP has changed twice/thrice how it would effect on my Fiverr account?
• Is there anything that I can do ?
