ahm_animations
Hi, this is one of the weirdest thing that have happened to me as a fiverr seller, one of the buyer comes from Pakistan, and the other one comes from Nigeria, and they are requesting the same thing! The Pakistan one message me first, then one hour later the Nigeria one message me too. What I must do? Accepting both of their orders or not receiving orders from both of them? FYI, I'm an animator, if they both requesting the same thing then I accept their order, I think I will deliver the same animation, because what they asked for was exactly the same, even with the same reference, this became strange.
katakatica
Hmm... if you take on both orders, I wouldn't deliver the same thing - I feel like if it IS a scam, that could be their goal (but I'm pretty paranoid so might be just overthinking it! I'd either accept only one and see what it goes - or if you have enough to work on already, just ignore them. They are wayyy too similar to be a coincidence (although they could be just each other competitors but still, it's rather odd!)

And for some reason, I feel they are both the same person, it seems he is using a VPN, because one of them is a level 1 seller and seems to have been on fiverr for a long time, and the other is a very new person, like just created an account, joined this month, I'm afraid of being tricked by this. Do you agree with my opinion?

It COULD be a coincidence but they are way too similar. I'd make two VERY different videos (so they can't accuse you of selling the same thing to everyone) but to be honest I probably wouldn't bother. Did they even ask for a custom order or something?

No, they didn't do it, I've blocked them first, because I'm not interested in doing it either, I just want to make sure what they are doing is violating the TOS or not.
genuineguidance
I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Also, I have to wonder if by sending you a YouTube link if this is not just some way to gain them traffic on YouTube by you clicking and watching their video? Just odd and seems shady. Here in the U.S. saying, "I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole" is basically saying, "I would not go near it." Does that make sense? GG Okay, thanks for the explanation, I came from Indonesia, I don't know anything in United States, it makes sense now, and yes, I'm not at all interested in opening the youtube link they sent, just from looking at the link I already know what it's like, just something useless, they won't get any benefit from me.
