Order cancellation or negative review? Which is better? 🤔

If you cancel orders, I think only you can see this on your profile, although your gig will lose its rank. On the other hand, if you get negative reviews, buyers will also see it.

Cancellation is better than Bad review.  So Order cancel is the best option I think

Better to try really hard to get neither. 

If you REALLY have to choose, I'd take the cancellation. I have five negative reviews and two of them are from six years ago. I hate looking at them.

Both of them have their Impacts. As I see you have 38 reviews so I think Order Cancellation will be right bcoz recovering from a Poor review will take time and review will stays on your Profile forever.

Well, it is simple: Fiverr MUST protect sellers (those giving them 20% or our beloved earnings) and prevent reviews to be seen, posted or used in stats when a dispute has been open. That encourages fair play and avoids the "cancelation blackmail". Will you help me asking Fiverr for it?

Yes. It asks if the buyer the reason for cancelation, communication and if they will buy from that seller again.
