kinda funny, I have registered my account on all the sites you mentioned and ONLY fiverr who gives me money. And if you search on Google "Best Freelance website" and the one that comes at the top says fiverr is the number 1. I know fiverr's system can be a bit annoying sometimes, but anyway, only fiverr is working for me.

Those tests are a joke. You can be in the top 10% and still can't speak English properly to save your life. There's no point to them, at all.

Case in point, just look at this thread. "I have got 9.2 the Fiverr English skill test". That's not a proper English sentence. If you can't even title a post correctly, I'm not so sure what that 9.2 score means. But it clearly doesn't mean you know English.

Learn English. Or better yet, just take the test - a chicken with access to google could get a 92 on it.

Here is your Fiverr English Test Results. Ok But, I can see only 1 result why am I a fool? Here is then how can it be fiverr English test results? isn't Fiverr a company then how Fiverr is fiverr? You should've got less than 6.8 after a bunch of grammatical errors.

You're right. Even I've also created my profile on those marketplace but just Only Fiverr is doing for me.
