Please do not ask for ratings. And you can contact buyer from order page bottom part. Click on conversation

In many case where Seller ask for reviews..., Buyer can report Seller for Reviews Manipulation.

There have mainly two options.  

1/ You can asked from the buyer how about your work and any remakes ? Don't go to asked the reviews. ( just give some simple points for finished project).

2/ you can to directly asked the reviews. If their buyer have angry mood definitely you have to get  bad reviews. if you get bad review you need to complete more than projects for recover it. Then make your mind to go head .

Yes withing next 10 days buyer can give you the review. But remember one thing, "Do not ask for review". You can politely ask how is my work or something like that. I hope you get it. Good Luck!

There is no way to ask for feedback. If the buyer does not give feedback, it cannot be said forcefully here. If your service is good, you don't have to ask for feedback, right. The buyer will give feedback

Some clients are not fake but they are not real either. They want to take free work from the sellers. So they give a lot of conditions for work.

Most of the buyer dosen't even know that the rating is a key facter for a newbee freelancer to grow....... so they just accept the order and wave off the project and yet freelancer like us left with a broken heart but there is stilll a chance to make the buyer remember that though the project is done you can alwasy come back and modify your project or if you have any new task in your hand i would be more then happy to work for a excelient buyer like you this is what being goog to your client ... and this will bring you a five start. Thank you

nice one. Any client come to your store and communicate with you. catch him and give a tea. after that give lunch from your store. chat with him. you cant to catch your client life time. follow the rule

After Completed order if buyer didn't give you feedback or Review please not to worry about that. because, if you contact to buyer for review it's not good for your account. please you can use a tricks: just contact and try to know buyer's current situation + satisfaction and more... if the buyer was happy he/she will be give you feedback. If you have no project in hand, you can give a day service (if you are new to Fiverr and you have done less client project before) ....but 7 days!!!!!!!! goosebumps!

Yesterday at 3.30 am I confirmed the order but just now the order was cancelled by Fiverr Customer Support & the order funds have been returned to the buyer. Also block buyer message conversation.

What will be the reason? Anybody kindly explain to me.

It's hard to tell - if you haven't actually submitted the order than I'd assume that the buyer just decided to cancel for whatever reason (for example they found someone that was cheaper etc.)

Genuine question - are email lists like this legal? I'm not one to judge anyone for their jobs but this particular type of gig seems somewhat odd to me. 

(Also, delete / cancel out the name of the buyer on the screenshot. You're not allowed to show their names like this I believe)

Edit : if it's another new seller perhaps they thought you were the one buying from them? Odd but it happens... Communication issues are very common!

Thank you for your reply. For your kind information, I just got the new order yesterday. I didn't submit the order. I didn't cancel the order. Just get cancel order message without any reason. Also block buyer message conversion for further discussion. Why will this issue happen?

As I've said before there are several reasons - the buyer might have decided to cancel. However it's also possible that their account get banned for some reason. 

I would not stress much about it unless it hurt your stats. Contact CS if it did to see if they can help.

I mean in this particular case (having read the detailed description) I also have a moral/ethical issue with collecting the emails of people who are already vulnerable - but based on what you found as these seem to be private people...I'd say this would be a big no-no regardless of the target group.

Unless the person using these email lists gets complete permission to send emails to these people somehow BEFORE sending a bulk email (SPAM), in the US, they are guilty. The person providing the list can be guilty of conspiracy under the CAN-SPAM act.

Didn't think Fiverr allowed this type of thing anymore.
