Along with reading the TOS, I recommend that you follow these basic rules on Fiverr:

1. Don't contact sellers outside of Fiverr, unless you've received permission from CS
2. Don't request payment outside of Fiverr
3. Don't send spam messages to other sellers asking for work or advertising your gigs
4. Make sure that your communication is appropriate (no curse words)

Fiverr also frowns at statements involving 'pay'  'payments' and the likes. If you use them, you will get immediate warnings. On the other hand, watch out for potential buyers who use them. Their account may get flagged or utterly disabled

You don't get immediate warnings if you use the word "pay" or "payment" in your message. It just gives you a little pop-up to remind you about payment rules in the Fiverr TOS.

You've had orders recently, so perhaps one of them ended in a bad private review. Or your slump could be down to Christmas approaching. Understanding which isn't easy at the moment.

Make sure you've followed all of the tips in the help center. Optimise your gigs while you have some free time. Remember, AI is also a factor now, so that could be leading to a reduction in orders. Overall, though, you seem to be doing ok. Not many sellers on this forum are lucky enough to have delivered an order an hour ago.

Actually, as a beginner it's bit difficult to get more orders. I recommend you to share some of your works on your social media and invite them to Fiverr. It's better to make a portfolio on dribbble or Behance. So through that also you can get some orders. Here is the link to a webinar conducted by the Fiverr.
