arc_luckyluck Posted July 16, 2021 Share Posted July 16, 2021 I have joined and worked for Fiverr for a very long time exactly 5 years. However, I have never been recognized in Top rating. Even though I did a lot of research, I still don't get the gist of it. The attached image shows that I have met the quota. So what else will I need to be able to win that title once. Response rates, private reviews, etc. Many sellers never get it for whatever reason even if they've hit all of the visible requirements. I feel during the manual review they also check consistency, quality of the deliverables etc. It might be taking some time for the team. I will continue to work on my orders and maintain the rating. There's no way of knowing the exact criteria, so just seek to improve every aspect of all your gigs and the way you communicate with your buyers. That is one of the first things I notice when I look through your profile. Perhaps waiting one day to respond might help dampen some of the anger? T Yes, your response is very important. In the webinars I have attended lately put on by Fiverr it was said that customer satisfaction is one of Fiverr's top priorities.
