Customer service will just send them a form letter explaining how Gigs can become unqualified to promote.

I did this. What I get from it is that factors such as your past order completion rate, response rate and so forth will be taken into account when deciding whether you get accepted for promoted gigs.

Even if you met those criteria, a hidden criterion is also taken into consideration. My guess is this:

If your customer is unhappy with your work, they may give you a 5-star rating to avoid being impolite, but leave an honest 1-star review in private. Meaning that there's no way for you to know what happened.

There is also a question asking the buyer if they think your work is "useful", that is also something you won't be able to know.

Hey, You can message to Fiverr Team/ support with bellow message. Just write yourself.

Honorable Fiverr Team,

Take a greeting. I hope you are doing well.  I always try my best to give the best to all my clients. I have received promoted gigs from yours. The promoted gigs services make my freelancer life dynamic. I'm really thankful to the Fiverr Team from my deeply heart for this great opportunity. Maybe the last 3 times I lost my promoted gigs but by my hard-working and your kindly support, I got back the promoted gig. But now I'm sorry to say that four days ago I got the Promoted gigs option again and I lost it again yesterday. I really don't understand what was wrong with me. After receiving the promoted gig and always I provide the best service for my all clients.

So, under this circumstance to get back my Promoted Gigs I want your Collaboration. I will always provide the best service for all of my clients.

Best Regards

This is very sad news. I have been suffering from the same problem for the last four months. Customer support has not been able to help me solve this problem

Then I see no reason why they should have a forum on their platform if they don't always monitor people's complaint here on the forum

Complaints should be sent to Customer Support.

Forum is for communication, asking questions, building a community...

I think a buyer might have given you a negative review with 1 star, 2 star, 3 star and private review negative so it happened again.

Basically the answer to provide excellent service. Respond quickly to messages, exceed expectations when you do get orders, etc.

And oftentimes it just takes patience to get orders, get ranked up, get more orders, repeat.

An automatically completed order and the private review of the buyer to fiverr may also be the reason of unqualified right???

I am facing this issue since last 6 months and I think so you are right. The automatically completed orders and the negative private reviews may be the reason of gig disqualifications.

I'm facing now this situation & going to depressed. It has been Unqualified since 1 month +

Don't depressed brother. Keep trying to get orders from repeated buyers and turn off your promotion gig option(unqualified) and do hard work by sharing your gig on social media. Update your gig image according to new guidelines.

I have the same issue and it has been 2month. So work hard and be patient. Hopefully we will get our gig into normal position soon.

Many sellers had same issue and after 3 to 4 month they get it back.

Yes, You are 100% right. I think this is the reason for gig promotion unqualified.

Unable this option will not avoid it happening again.

1st time only took me a week to get back to my position, then I turned it off. However, a week later I got unqualified again (after one order cancellation), almost a month now, still unqualified. So I assumed that would take me 60 days to get back again, which is normally how the cancellation rate works.

I contacted Support 3 times, 2 people answered, the answers are all copied and pasted, and told me they can't tell me why.

I'm kinda giving up now.

As you may know, to get your Gig approved for promotion, it has to meet the following criteria:
 • You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller.
 • Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating.
• Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews.
• You meet additional quality metrics.

Don’t worry though, the eligibility is checked daily and once you reach the minimum metrics you will be notified that the Gig can be promoted.
