Can i move from new seller to level 2?

I had moved from new seller to level 1 but due to some ratings, i was demoted to new seller but i had qualified for level 2 seller, now that my ratings are above the minimum,  will i be promoted again to level 1 or to level 2, i finished 30 days as level 1

You can only move up one level at a time, even if you've met all the requirements for higher levels.

If you're level 0 (new seller) now, you'll be promoted to level one on the next evaluation day.

at a time you will get one level, even you complete level 2 requirements.

At the same time you can promote to only up 1 level even if you complete level 2 requirements. Wait for 15

Now you are Level 0 (New seller), If you are fulfill of all requirements then you will reach higher level (Level 1). When you stay level 1 and fulfill level 2 requirements then you will promote up level.

Well technically if you've fulfilled the requirements for level 2 (be active for 120 days / 50 orders / $2000 earnings / and the rest), the system should promote you to level 2 (since you've already achieved the the performance metrics for level 2). Please correct me if I'm wrong though because getting demoted may have additional set backs.
