I placed an order for a drum track for my song and the drummer didn't drum to my standards I didn't like his drum track so asked to cancel the order and he said no. how do I contact fiverr about this?

you can go fiver support and tell them about your order. I think they will help you.

If the drummer offers revisions, you could try working it out with them. 

Technically, cancelling "because you don't like it" is not permitted IF your order was completed according to the wording of the gig and of an equivalent level to the Seller's gig samples. If the Seller broke the contract, however, you have a good chance of getting the cancellation.
