Delivery late?

So, I was working on a custom offer to retouch 2 photos. I Offered the buyer 3 revisions, two of which he used (waiting for them to accept delivery at the moment). After the first revision, I had a timer running, saying that I have 24h to do the revision, while on my dashboard my order was marked as being late. After the buyer requested a second revision, on my order page I was informed, that I was LATE (in red bold text, see the image below). My question would be: Does fiverr enjoy taking the p*ss out of it's sellers? My first delivery was in about 12 hours, second delivery about the same, third delivery in 2 hours.

even though it wouldn’t make your order late if you delivered your initial delivery in time, it is still pretty annoying like a couple of other things

Yes, Right. If you Delivered Your Initial order in time it will not count Late.
